Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage and organize case files and documents using document management systems
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- File legal documents with the court system
- Assist with client interviews and gather necessary information
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document management systems
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of legal documents
- Knowledge of contract law and litigation procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $59,144.00 - $63,000.00 per year
