**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records using Open Dental
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office
- Proficiency in Open Dental software is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations and patient service

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
