We are looking to hire a part-time** Front Desk Attendant **who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC’s core values. You’ll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.

**Location: FFC Park Ridge**

**Required Shifts: Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30am-1pm & every other Sunday 1pm-8pm**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
- Check-in members and guests to the club
- Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
- Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
- Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
- Attend all required department and club staff meetings
- Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
