eCom’s patented omnichannel marketing platform provides automated promotions creation, omnichannel distribution, and analytics solutions that guide organizational decisions, improve sales, increase process efficiencies, and reduce costs across the channel.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a **Project Manager**. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning and supporting the execution of projects according to project scope, resources, deadlines, and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, delivering projects according to plan, defining the project’s objectives, and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Manager uses a hybrid approach of Agile and Waterfall project management practices to realize value for eCom’s team members and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delegate tasks, coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Coordinate and manage projects with team leadership, team members, external resources, and internal departments to deliver projects on time and to expectation.
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations, status, and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Be the primary information source for up-to-the-minute status on all projects.
- Analyze project effectiveness and execution.
- Conduct project lessons-learned to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Identify and resolve issues, manage project dependencies, the critical path, and related risks by managing the budget, scope, and schedule.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Primary facilitator of all project update and working meetings.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Management or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Business Analyst experience 3+ years and PMI-PBA or IIBA ECBA certification is desirable.
- Project Management experience minimum 3+ years and CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, Scrum Master, Agile, or Project+ certification is desirable.
- Prosci Change Management or ACMP CCMP certification is desirable.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing at least medium sized projects.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, including Jira.
- Ability to analyze and recommend add-on software and/or new packages as needed.
- Agile project management experience and knowledge with an emphasis on Scrum.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong ability to collect and organize information in support of client on-boarding.
- Be able to generate comprehensive Statements of Work based on client interviews and developer input.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
