HH Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
- Create detailed construction schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures throughout the construction process, and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims that may arise.
- Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to support construction activities.
- Anticipate resource needs and adjust plans accordingly to avoid delays or shortages.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.
Position Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials specific to golf course development.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is beneficial (e.g., Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing golf course construction.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
