**WTSO** is looking for an **Inventory Specialist** to join our team. This position is hybrid with onsite training in Moorestown, NJ for the first several weeks. _Typical work hours are: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm._

The **Inventory Specialist** will provide support to the accounting department by performing a variety of duties to help manage and maintain inventory within our family owned, multi-business organization. These duties are inclusive, but not limited to: entering purchase orders, receiving items, posting daily sales, and reconciling accounts. The Inventory Specialist will be fluent in Quickbooks, comfortable giving daily count updates for thousands of items in our warehouse, and capable of owning the entire activity of business for one of the newer companies within our organization.

**Essential Functions**
- Accurately enter in product purchase orders
- Virtually receive items, checking all incoming shipments to confirm that orders are delivered correctly
- Manage and maintain precise and timely record-keeping of inventory transactions across all businesses within our organization
- Develop an understanding of the products being sold to accurately create, and represent products within our inventory system
- Conduct daily count updates for thousands of items, tracking results in our inventory system
- Accurately post daily sales, and reconcile inventory differences in physical stock
- Communicate any inventory issues to management in a timely manner
- Perform general accounting duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, bank activity reconciliations, etc
- Assist the accounting team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Must have detailed experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Very detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, sales tax, and excise tax
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge and operational steps
- Ability to interpret and analyze data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to perform with high accuracy under tight deadlines
- Ability to work with little to no supervision

**Other Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of inventory experience
- General accounting experience preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
