RESPONSIBILITIES
- Above all: create positive, memorable, and flavorful experiences for our guests; aim to exceed their expectations
- Lead the kitchen team in executing food preparation tasks with precision, following recipes and maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Manage inventory levels and kitchen organization, ensuring a smooth operation
- Monitor cooking equipment and oversee kitchen cleanliness to uphold optimal performance
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Handle inquiries or concerns with a positive demeanor; address challenges promptly and offer solutions.
