Essence of Stone is seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team in a multifaceted role encompassing office personnel, sales, and receptionist duties. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth within the company, with the potential to transition into a project management role over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests as they enter the showroom
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including answering and redirecting phone calls, distributing messages and e-mails
  • Ensure a clean and tidy reception area and showroom. (i.e. keeping desk clean, putting samples back in their respective place, sweeping/wiping down surfaces and other daily cleaning regimens)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone to assist with product selection
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Share knowledge and answer questions about our products and procedures

Schedule: Full-time - 4 week days with Saturdays required.

This is an entry level position with ample room to grow within our company. Our goal is to train and equip you with the proper tools to be able to aid customers in the sales process from start to finish, eventually leading into becoming a project manager. As a project manager you would oversee several projects at differing stages, manage and maintain client relations as well help customers bring their design visions to life

  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays as required.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • High School degree or higher
