- LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS AND CLEARLY TRANSLATE REPAIR NEEDS
- NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHEN VEHICLE IS COMPLETE AND READY FOR PICK UP/DELIVERY
- ANY OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER
- **Education, Experience, Skills, Training requirements**:

- KNOWLEDGE OF CCC OR SUMMIT A PLUS
- PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE & COMMUNICATION
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS & ORGANIZATION
- **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:AUTO BODY OR AUTO MATERIAL DAMAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

Pay: $38,880.00 - $48,880.00 per year
