**What you will do**
Prepare Major System Acquisition/Major Capability Acquisition documentation, point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, memos, and other documents within prescribed timelines for review and analysis. Guide a special interest program through the MSA/MCA DoD program lifecycle.
- Plan and execute acquisition activities following the organizations acquisition policies, processes, and practices.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability of all inputs/advice.
- Perform program management activities to support the creation of standard processes and governance for the program.
- Assist with defining documentation and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the creation of programmatic documents.
- Assist Program Managers in baselining of Service and Development programs to include ARB briefings and documentation.
- Create and provide program status/reviews templates.
**What you will need**
- Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
- In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

- **Jacquelyn Tate Memorial Scholarship** **Opportunity.** BCT provides a $1,000 scholarship annually for one employee or child enrolled in an undergraduate program in memory of our founding President, Jacquelyn Tate. BCT leadership communicates an annual call for essays to compete for this scholarship with an award date of August 12 each year.
