**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Plan Excellence**: You'll be responsible for drafting preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
- **Data Analysis**: Dive into project survey data to assess existing site conditions, considering various factors, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
- **Engineering Software Mastery**: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software packages to complete assignments efficiently, ensuring they align with established standards.
- **Effective Communication**: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with current staff members, ensuring seamless project coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience
- EIT required
- AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4 knowledge preferred
