Responsibilities:

  • Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D with precision and adherence to industry standards.

  • Analyze project survey data to assess site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.

  • Prepare crucial reports, opinions, and recommendations for project direction, such as hydrology/hydraulic studies and cost estimations.

  • Support seamless project execution with construction-related services like permit applications and quantity estimates.

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software proficiently to maintain high standards in project delivery.

  • Benefit from mentorship programs and an assigned ambassador to help you integrate smoothly into our team and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience
  • EIT required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred
