**Position Title**: Recruitment Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional growth and preparing them for future management roles.
- Create and implement development plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management, identifying areas of improvement or necessary alterations in the demonstrated recruitment process.
- Promote Grön Confections as an employer of choice by enhancing our employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
- Work with the People and Culture team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Follow up with new employees during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues.
- Other special projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Cannabis, Manufacturing, or Food and Beverage industries.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

**Work environment**:
This position is 90% remote, 10% travel requirements to existing facilities, Portland, Oregon HQ, or other recruitment events.

**Physical demands**:
This position requires working seated at a desk for prolonged periods
