**Lo que hará**
- Preparar las pausas para el café, y abastecer carros y estaciones con lo necesario
- Organizar mesas, estaciones de acción, bufés y carros de servicio
- Comunicar a la cocina las solicitudes especiales o los requisitos de comida adicionales que haya
- Asegurar que se retiren los platos y quiten las migas de manera oportuna
- Controlar la presentación de la vajilla de manera que los huéspedes puedan acceder a ella
- Supervisar la limpieza y la correcta desinfección de las mesas, estaciones y áreas de servicio

Este puesto requiere la capacidad de mover y levantar hasta 25 libras (10 kg). También debe estar de pie, sentado o caminar durante períodos prolongados y debe garantizar un aspecto profesional con un uniforme limpio.
