**Required Education and Experience**:

- Appropriate PhD

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- NA PharmD
- PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
- Postgraduate Year-One Residency in Pharmacy or medicine
- At least one year of clinical experience in pharmacy or medicine
- Experience working with individuals and communities.

**Preferred Licenses and Certifications**:

- Registered Pharmacist

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching, Service, and Research**
- Design, implement, facilitate, and deliver educational content within the Doctor of Pharmacy program and Medical Residency program (i.e. didactic lecturing, facilitating skills labs, small group active-learning environments, and compounding lab).
- Participate in longitudinal academic service opportunities (i.e. Assessment, Curriculum, Admissions, etc.)
- Co-precept APPE and IPPE students on clinical rotation.
- Engage in student mentorship and precepting activities through the co-curriculum (i.e. health fairs, immunization clinics) and interprofessional education service.
- Complete the Texas A&M Teaching Certificate.
- Complete a major research project.
- Present research data at a professional meeting and submit a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal prior to the end of the fellowship.

**Clinical Service**
- Complete the APhA Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Training.
- Refine clinical practice skills by maintaining clinical practice skills and providing patient-centered care in ambulatory care.
- Develop pharmacy practice experience and expertise in support of the clinical knowledge expected of a faculty member, including but not limited to developing Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
- Prepare a practice management dossier and presentation.
