**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessments of Functional Living Skills (AFLS)**:

- Conduct thorough FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to inform the development of effective behavior intervention plans.
- **Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)**:

- Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and support teams to ensure the successful implementation of behavior support strategies.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Establish and maintain systematic data collection procedures to monitor behavior change.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- **Training and Consultation**:

- Provide training to caregivers, support staff, and other relevant stakeholders on behavior management techniques.
- Offer consultation to interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior support plans.
- **Progress Reporting**:

- Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients, families, and relevant agencies.
- Collaborate with case managers and other professionals to communicate outcomes and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
- **Stay Current with Research**:

- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to continually enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Previous experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
