**OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Talent Acquisition Support**
- Support recruiting for seasonal retail sales and operations roles throughout the United States
- Assist with new employee onboarding and I-9 processing into ADP WorkforceNow

**Human Resources Support**
- Work with the Human Resources team to improve Soccer Post
- Maintain employee records
- Learn and become proficient with ADP WorkforceNow
- Engage in HR-related support for employees on-site and in other locations
- Gather information on employee hours worked, and correct timecard errors for payroll
- Complete long term data management initiatives
- Other related duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Recent graduate or rising senior working towards or nearing completion of a BA/BS degree with a concentration in Human Resources
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other related Software
- Familiarity with HRIS a plus
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work longer summer hours with the intent of working more PT hours during the school year.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to self motivate during prolonged periods of task focused work
- This is an in-person position, based in Eatontown, NJ

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18-20/hr
