**Primary duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Academics Coordinator to determine priorities and opportunities to provide administrative support for academic activities.
- Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks including filing, faxing, data entry and other related activities.
- Compile data and information reports as requested by Academic leadership.
- Assist with preparation, set up, and tear down of Academic meetings.
- Assist teachers in setting up their courses to prepare for instruction.
- Review course settings for Teachers to ensure accuracy for assignments.
- Review 45-day screening data submitted by Teachers with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Complete annual College and Career Readiness Indicator (CCRI) assessment.
- Show flexibility in performing other duties relating to the general job function as assigned by supervisor.

**Education/Training**:

- High school diploma and two (2) years office experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Prior data report experiences preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- 1-year prior experience in an administrative role
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred

**Environmental Conditions**: Usual office setting

**Licenses & Certifications**: Preferred
- Lvl 1 IVP Clearance Card
