**Job Summary**:
The Payroll Partner II is responsible for preparing and processing payroll to ensure that Repkon USA employees receive accurate pay. Highly detail oriented and precise, compliance and customer focused, skilled at using and/or implementing payroll processing systems, along with the ability to interpret and verify accuracy of data, are skills and experience required for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This is an onsite role for our Tampa, FL headquarters/home office site.
- Inputting data and maintaining payroll information by calculating and entering data.
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits, such as job title and pay changes, exemptions, vacation/PTO, holidays, etc.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting payroll reports as requested, including weekly summary reports of earnings, deductions, leave, etc.
- Customer Service: Supporting Managers with approvals and data inputs, supporting employees with questions and change to W-4, etc. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions.
- Compliance: Maintain payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that deductions are accurate. Facilitate any changes, such as when employees move or are hired in different states. Support Registrations in new states as required.
- Help to implement and support direct charging processes to track time on designated projects.
- Support the processing and issuing of W-2 forms to employees.
- Assist with integration of any new systems, including from mergers and acquisitions.
- Other Finance and/or Human Resources duties and support as required.

**Qualifications/Experience Needed**:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2+ years of prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of payroll systems and software. Can perform basic math to ensure accuracy of payroll.
- Knowledge of wage withholding requirements, capable of researching and understanding state and locality requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding payroll related issues and concerns.
- Self-starter that will work independently in time-sensitive environment. Ability to multitask in a stressful and fast paced environment with specific deadlines.
- Anticipate issues and resolve in advance, use corrective and preventive actions.
- Uses good judgement and has sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Keeps private matters private and understands and respects the confidential nature of employee records.
- Acts with integrity, works collaboratively, meets commitments, and strives to continually improve processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Payroll system implementation experience.
- Certifications from American Payroll Association or Certified Payroll Professional.
- Previous accounting or human resources experience.

**Other Requirements**:
**Travel**: Possibly infrequent travel to another Repkon USA location.

**Work Environment**: Office work environment.

**Background Investigation / Drug Screen**:Required.
