ABC Ninos, Inc. is a school-age child care center dedicated to the children and families of the Corona, NY community.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Director to lead our Pre-K program. As the Educational Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of young learners and ensuring that our program meets the highest standards of excellence. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with state standards and promotes the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pre-K program, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students and families.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support their children's learning and development, including conducting parent workshops and conferences.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards, including health and safety requirements.
- Monitor and assess student progress, and use data to inform instructional practices and program improvement efforts.
- Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions to enhance the educational experiences of our students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, or a related field.
- State certification in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education, with 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms preferred.
