**Responsibilities**:
Ability to learn and follow our process to guide a consumer through the purchase of a vehicle including the following:

- The goal is to give our clients the most enjoyable and memorable experience - from the time they arrive at our dealership, to the second they leave in their new vehicle
- Greet customers with a fun, upbeat attitude
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable vehicle presentation and demonstration drive
- Input all customer information into our Customer Management system to produce accurate customer documentation
- Schedule and perform vehicle delivery with customer following manufacturer requirements
- Promote and manage your google reviews
- Track your daily, weekly and monthly progress against your goals for success

Relevant work experience:

- Retail Sales experience
- General Computer experience
- Must be comfortable with using video to communicate with customers

**Skills**:

- Organized, punctual, detail-oriented
- **Ability to use video conferencing communication with customers (covideo)**:

- Be motivated with the highest standards of honesty and integrity when conducting business.

Schedule
- This position can be either a 4 day or 5 day work week. Saturdays are required. We do not work on Sundays or Holidays We will not contact you on your days off, as we respect your time.

Education
- high school or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Pass a background check and a drug test

Qualities we are not interested in:

- Constantly late and calls out sick frequently
- Using your personal cell phone all day instead of focusing on the tasks at hand
- No respect for your coworkers - we are all a team with one goal
- Not responsive to coaching
- Making the same mistakes repeatedly
- Not asking for assistance when needed
- "That's not my job" attitude
