Drive significant growth of Hanwha Market Share in Canada through placement and positioning of Hanwha Video Surveillance Systems as a key component of ACE specified projects. Become trusted advisor of key ACE in security space

**Major Functions**:

- Create detailed strategy to position Hanwha as vital component for ACE.
- Identify target ACE by territory and formulate 30-60-90-day plan by account.
- Create and deliver presentation to position Hanwha as vital partner for ACE. Include compelling reasons for Hanwha over top competitors. Describe and demonstrate online and in hand ACE tools designed to provide seamless integration of Hanwha product into ACE project.
- Through ACE sales activity and project generation achieve doubling of sales first year and minimum 30% growth each year thereafter.
- Assess Hanwha product via ACE requirements. Feedback product info in timely basis to Hanwha Techwin product management.
- Provide 30+ minimum Lunch and Learns at ACE location per quarter.
- Coordinate sales activities at major ACE together with RSM and local Rep.
- Formulate comprehensive ACE training plan focused on differentiators within Hanwha line. Coordinate delivery of training via web, RSM, National Training Mgr. and in person.
- Ensure that ACE contemporary tools are developed such as CAD and BIM RIVIT
- Responsible for setting up and running two Local ACE one day events per year in the region.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 5 years related ACE experience within the Security Industry. Working knowledge of key ACE, systems integrators, and end-users.
- Technical knowledge specifically in video surveillance, IP and networked based video systems.
- Proven sales development experience particularly in ACE space.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present Hanwha Techwin in a differentiated and advantageous fashion
- Ability to ascertain project opportunities within the targeted ACE.
- Ability to demonstrate systemized IP and Network based product to IT as well as traditional security managers.
- B.S. preferred in business, IT technology, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable life experience.
