**REQUIRED - Minimum of One Year Budtending in Dispensary**

The Reserve Balboa, a licensed cannabis dispensary in Kearny Mesa, CA, is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We strive to offer a friendly and customer orientated experience with extensive knowledge of the products we offer. Team members should be able greet and guide customers while offering an educational experience depending on their individual needs. Being a team player is required, along with the desire to help others while maintaining a positive attitude in this fast paced environment. Self-education and knowledge retention through company and vendor provided product catalogs and meetings is expected.

Responsibilities and duties for Budtender and Delivery Drivers:

- Keep shop counters and floors clean and organized throughout shift
- Greet and bid farewell customers as they enter and exit
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain and verify customer doctor recommendations
- Follow all inventory management procedures
- Offer an exceptional customer experience and education
- Stay up to date on new products, company specials, and promotions
- Stay informed on cannabis industry education and compliance
- Be on time with consistent shift attendance
- Follow the detailed and specific procedures described in the Delivery SOP's

Qualifications:

- Must be 21
- Familiarity/ability to learn point-of-sale systems/software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain focused and professional in a high pace environment
- Availability and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- United States work authorization

**Experience**:

- Budtending: Minimum of one year

Additional Compensation: Tips

Language: English required, Spanish is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
