We help build and maintain the communication networks for all the large carriers which consists of everything from underground drilling to above ground construction of the towers. **Who We're Looking For**:
We are looking for an RF Technician I who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ability to learn to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
- Ability to learn the tools and materials to properly perform the cope of work within spec.
- Able to learn and acknowledge the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials, and working near energized lines and equipment.
- Able to learn and become knowledgeable of site safety and awareness.
- Follow method of procedure accurately and complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to learn to Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
- Maintain professional attitude when working with Top Hands, Foreman, CMs, and PMs.
- Overnight Travel as needed.
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions (Heat, Snow, Rain, Wind).
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Not afraid of heights
- Able to climb towers, squat, bend and lift 50lbs.
- Current valid Driver’s License or CDL is a plus
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Good listener and ability to learn
- Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
- Local to market
