Remedy Place is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to act as an extension of our growing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of marketing, with a particular focus on performance marketing, growth and retention strategy, and digital-first initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, optimizing digital brand presence, and supporting new club openings and product launches.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Website Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance, user experience, and achieve marketing objectives.-
- Campaign Management: Support the Director of Marketing in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.-
- SEO + Audience Acquisition: Conduct advanced keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting opportunities.-
- CRM + Database Management: Manage integration with all data sources coming into our CRM platform and maintain data integrity at all levels. Assist in the development of target audience segmentation and lead generation.Special Projects: Lead and contribute to special marketing projects and initiatives that align with Remedy Place's brand and mission.-
- New Club Openings + Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans for new club openings and product launches, ensuring a successful launch and integration into the local community.-
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign management.-
- Digital Expertise: Proficient in Google and Meta advertising platforms, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.-
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.-
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.-
- Innovative Mindset: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation within the marketing team.-
- Local Business Listings Management: Demonstrated capability in updating and maintaining local business listings on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and others.-
- Enhance the online presence of the brand, optimizing websites and leveraging e

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information to enhance Remedy Place's visibility in local communities.-
