Your collaboration with our dynamic marketing team will be key as you develop and implement innovative content strategies designed to drive engagement and conversions.

Your expertise in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) will play a crucial role in enhancing our visibility and ranking, making you a vital contributor to our digital growth. You'll monitor website traffic and performance, leveraging analytics and best practices to recommend improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manages and edits content on the company website using a CMS to drive engagement and traffic to our website while ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and marketing strategies.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement website content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking.
- Monitors website traffic and performance, making recommendations for improvements based on analytics and best practices.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web content management and SEO.
- Coordinates with external vendors and agencies as needed to support website development and maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web content management, preferably in a marketing team environment.
