Head of Security

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage and supervise security staff, including training and scheduling
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement access control measures and maintain CCTV systems
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in security management or a related field
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant training programs
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and security systems
- Background in law enforcement or military is a plus
- Strong leadership and conflict management skills
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $125.00 - $160.00 per day
