**What You Will Get To Do**:

- Accounts Payable
- Process invoices according to policy and procedure for assigned portfolios. Additional properties may be added due to PTO requests, staffing and business growth
- Accounts Receivables
- Posting payments and/or vendor refunds received at the CRM Corporate office according to policy and procedure
- Processing Mortgage payments online
- Processing Excess Income online
- Complete monthly closings for each property according to policy and procedure
- Other duties as needed may be required or assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must have Real Page Experience (1+ years)
- At least 5 years of accounts payable and receivable experience
- Experience in property management, real estate, and affordable housing preferred
- Must possess analytical skills, ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to interact effectively with people within the organization as well as with clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Experience with Real Page OneSite Accounting, TOPS software and/or QuickBooks would be helpful.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
