Job Title: Warranty Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
- Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with the parts and service department, customers and vendors regarding warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support to the service department as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warranty administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
