Warranty Manager

Job Title: Warranty Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for our products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner

- Communicate with the parts and service department, customers and vendors regarding warranty claims

- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation

- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

- Provide support to the service department as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in warranty administration or a related field

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
