What You will Do:
- Book and schedule prospective patients to optimize provider time, treatment room utilization and patients’ satisfaction
- Serve as the first point of contact to address new patient questions
- Verify insurance information and initiate insurance and authorization requests
- Confirm and reschedule patient appointments
- Work together with the team members across our various locations to reach organizational goals and meet patient needs
- Other duties as necessary to achieve goals
Who You Are:
- Passion for customer service and an eagerness to always be helpful
- Must be professional in tone and delivery and an effective communicator
- Ability to persuade prospective patients to book in a friendly and comfortable way
- Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
- Must be an exceptional listener and always looking to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ideally available Saturdays or Sundays
- Bi-lingual; Fluent in Russian or Spanish preferred
