To instruct, supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living through daily routines and to carry out scheduled activities and programs. Supervise staff and programs in absence of the Director/Assistant Director of Residential

**Responsibilities**:
**Residential Lead III Responsiblities**:
Support residents in upholding their rights and making informed decisions.

Engage residents in meaningful daily activities and outings, fostering a sense of belonging.

Provide personalized guidance and encouragement, ensuring every resident's voice is heard.

Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure program compliance for seamless operations.

Curate enriching activities tailored to each resident's abilities.

Ensure continuous supervision and a safe environment between shifts.

Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with best practices.

Serve as a positive role model, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.

Foster cleanliness and dignity in living spaces, promoting a sense of pride.

Collaborate with medical staff and support dietary needs for balanced nutrition.

Embrace ongoing learning, including sign language and cultural awareness as needed.

Lead by example, prioritizing professionalism and excellence in all tasks.

Uphold regulatory standards and contribute to a nurturing workplace culture.

Qualifications:
**Residential Lead III Qualifications**:
1. Be at least 21 years of age and;
2. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent and shall have at least one of the following:
a. A Associates degree in the field of Residential Care, human services, education, counseling work, psychology or recreation

b. 1000 hours of experience working with children either as a paid employee or volunteer, plus 60 college credits, including a minimum of 12 credits in the fields specified in 2a

c. 2000 hours of experience working with children plus 24 credits in the fields specified
