**What you'll be doing**:
We are looking for a media creative technology leader to join our digital marketing team. As a member of the Digital Marketing Base Marketing organization, you’ll be expected to represent the paid media team’s requirements for personalized media, while partnering with the Marketing Activation and Creative team and Marketing Technology team to accelerate transformation.

In this role, you will evolve of paid media creative with a tech first perspective to help build new personalization capabilities at Verizon. You will lead the development of new processes and guidelines for new tech partners or new capabilities with existing partners. You will also pioneer use cases and implement generative AI capabilities for creative and media. You will provide strategic guidance for the creative teams by recommending and implementing personalization strategies across all paid media channels. You will oversee our creative operations and platforms, working with creative teams and technology teams to develop roadmaps for new partners, building proofs of concept, and working to scale new capabilities.

You will also work with the Media Analytics team to develop creative level reporting and insights to help inform creative direction and technology requirements. You would lead the creative test and learn agenda with the media teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Creative team for all technical implementation needs.
- Charting a technology roadmap.
- Leading the charge on new technology like generative AI.
- Building templates and set up proofs of concept for new capabilities.
- Documenting new processes and scale across enterprise.
- Creating and enforcing best practices for media creative.
- Leveraging new reporting sources to help guide creative strategy.
- Translating complex technical concepts for leadership and executives and presenting them with fresh approaches that align with the evolving landscape of ad tech today will drive you forward.

**What we're looking for**

You'll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with media and how digital advertising campaigns are executed.
- Experience with creative production tools (e.g. Innovid, Smartly, Celtra, Flashtalking).
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A deep technical understanding of the marketing tools, technologies and practices needed to shape the marketing landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a fast changing environment with changing priorities and changing time constraints.
- Ability to interpret business requests and communicate findings in an intelligible manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven Project Management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
- Passion for digital communications, new technologies and constantly evolving our approach to marketing.

**Where you’ll be working**:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
