The company is moving to a new facility in the Waunakee business park in October of this year.

**Job Type**:

- Full Time - Hourly, Monday thru Friday, standard working hours

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, and processing outbound orders
- Inbound receiving
- Inventory control
- Quality control
- Product assembly
- Facility maintenance

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness over time to learn new tasks eventually becoming independently proficient.
- A talent to work well with others in a shared responsibilities environment.
- Prioritizing safe practices for oneself and teammates.
- Previous shipping experience preferred but not required.
- Can lift 55 lbs. to table height.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
- Learn how to handle and ship potentially hazardous materials, including eventually earning and maintaining DOT certification.
- Must be comfortable learning and using computer software.
- Competency with warehouse equipment preferred but not required (Carts, moving stairs, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, reach truck, box truck).
- A high school diploma or a GED certification is required.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
