We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a background in medical or dental administration, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk by implementing efficient processes and procedures
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical or dental systems (e.g., Open Demtal ECW.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a DENTAL Front Desk position.
- Proficient in using dental office systems such as Open Dental.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, administrative tasks, and dental scheduling
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
