Infant Classroom Teacher at Wonderland Children's Academy. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for Infants/Toddlers. You will play a pivotal role in their growth and development during these formative years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Curriculum Development**: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of toddlers.
- ** Child Care**: Provide hands-on care, including diaper changing, feeding, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- ** Individualized Learning**: Assess each child's unique needs and abilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- ** Supervision**: Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
- ** Parent Communication**: Establish open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on a child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
- ** Observation and Assessment**: Monitor and document children's development and milestones, keeping detailed records.
- ** Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience but not a requirement for the position. Training will be provided.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant degree preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with toddlers.
