Infant Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of toddlers.
- Child Care: Provide hands-on care, including diaper changing, feeding, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Individualized Learning: Assess each child's unique needs and abilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Supervision: Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
- Parent Communication: Establish open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on a child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Observation and Assessment: Monitor and document children's development and milestones, keeping detailed records.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience but not a requirement for the position. Training will be provided.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant degree preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with toddlers.
