Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, commercial driver, school bus driver, or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings
