**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the night audit process efficiently, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Ensure accuracy in billing processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision during night shifts.

Hours: 11PM-7AM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
