**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations/Concierge Specialist. You will serve as the first point of contact and be responsible for providing concierge services (for pet parents), managing reservations, communicating with clients & professionals, while delivering superior customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. You will wear multiple hats, assisting with various administrative tasks and providing crucial support to our administrative team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Quality Control to ensure that only the best services are provided to pet parents.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating consultations.
- Provide basic information about our services, fees, and scheduling availability.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Assist with data entry, and maintaining client records in our CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Assist admin team with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.
- Provide support during events, classes, and other company activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients & professionals to foster a positive experience.
- Proactively communicate with clients & professionals to gather information and address their needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**
- Concierge/customer service, sales experience recommended
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency and experience on multiple software systems (CRM, Notion, Google)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
