- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Contribute to the team with knowledge, resources, and a co-operative attitude
- Lead generate through agent’s database as well as team’s database and lead sources
- Key Skills_
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills both written and orally with all personality types
- Calm and cool under pressure with a high degree of independence
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a teachable attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific technology
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
- Sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills

**Not a W-9 employee and pay is based on commission at closings.**

Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
