**Construction Coordinator Position Overview**
**Outline - **Position requirements may include the following necessities.
**Specific Requirements -**
- Print off drawings and scan As-Builts as needed.
- Create Panel Legends and store in appropriate job folders.
- Facilitate certificates of insurance for projects.
- Set up and manage electronic drawing software.
- Coordinate Project Manager Thank You notes.
- Pull electrical permits, track, follow up and maintain permit tracker.
- Process electrical material transfers.
- Coordinate Miss Dig request.
- Send out Job cost and hours reports biweekly.
- Maintain iPad supplies, keep track of iPads. Set up iPads and assist with technical support.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of customer packages.
- Submit Purchase Orders at the request of Project Managers.
- Scan, file, create, and distribute project documents including submittals and close out documents.
**Secondary Requirements -**
- Answer, screen, announce and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Process requests for fuel cards for vehicles. Send out WEX Fuel Usage Reports.
- Enter in new Work Orders for fleet management. Scan in inspection reports for fleet and update files.
- Order vending and company meeting supplies and maintain stock.
- Assist with event planning as needed.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
**General Requirements -**
- Ability to pass preemployment and random drug test.
- High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED).
**Work location - **This position requires in person attendance.
**Compensation - **Pay is hourly with an anticipated 40 + hours a week, Monday - Friday.
**Building and Construction - **Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings, electrical equipment, industrial processes, preferred but not required.
