Service Credit Union is seeking a **Member Service Supervisor** for our branch located in **Newington**. This is a great step towards a leadership roll.

**Pay**:Starting at $22.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

**Hours**: FT position - 40 per week.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm
- you are the face of Service Credit Union.
- Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
- Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals.
- Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
