**Role**:
**Teachers at Hot 8 Yoga work 1.5 hour shifts, clocking in 20 minutes before class and staying for 10 minutes after class. During this time, teachers are expected to**:
- ** Check in class/help at the front desk**
- ** Connect with new students**
- ** Say names**
- ** Monitor & maintain heat level**

**Compensation**:
**Hot 8 Yoga teachers are paid hourly. Starting compensation depends on experience and ranges from $23.50-50/hr. Raises are given on a tiered-structure based on attendance/average class size. Bonuses are provided for signing students up for Teacher Training.
