**Field Operations Coordinator**

Responsible for receiving and processing complaints and work order requests. Dispatch crews as needed and perform various types of record maintenance.

**Essential Functions Statements**
- Receives complaints from District customers.
- Initiates work orders.
- Calls in requests and maintains records.
- Files administrative copies of work orders.
- Dispatches mobile units as needed.
- Notifies utility companies of emergencies.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as computer software, fax, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instruction, including H2o Innovation’s department rules, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel and supervisors.
- Ability to deal with the public and staff on a regular basis in a professional, courteous manner.
- Ability to create and submit written reports as needed.
- Other duties assigned.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**

**Education**:High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

**Experience**: One year plus related experience.

**Computer Skills**:Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills.

**Certificates & Licenses**: Valid driver’s license.

**Other Requirements**:Prior experience in customer service and general office administration preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
