Part -time Dental Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic health records using systems like Eaglesoft
- Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Medical or Dental: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
