**Qualifications**

Minimum of 3 years hospice or healthcare sales & marketing experience required

MUST HAVE STRONG EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HOSPICE REFERRAL SOURCES

Knowledge of hospice care principles, benefits, and regulations

Strong sales and marketing skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organization

Valid driver's license for travel to meet with referral sources and attend events

**Responsibilities**

You will have the opportunity to make a difference in terminally ill patients' lives by helping them with identifying the hospice that will best serve their needs

In addition to helping to increase the hospice census, you will be responsible for developing, tracking, and maintaining revenue-producing relationships with referral sources which include hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, care managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, senior facilities, and families who are currently serving these patients as well as the communities served by the hospice locations
