**Responsibilities**:

- Perform wheel repairs including straightening and welding.
- Operate CNC machines for precision wheel repairs.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and supervise team members.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience in wheel repair techniques.
- Proficiency with welding and CNC machines.
- Experience with powder coating processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
