**FUNCTION**:
The Energy Assistance Program Manager is crucial for overseeing and managing CoAction's Energy Assistance Programs. This role demands strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to provide energy assistance services to our community effectively. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring the program's performance, aiming for positive outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence among the team.
The EAP Manager is expected to be an active participant in the agency’s mission, vision, and values. He/she shall work to ensure consistent, quality services to the agency’s constituents, demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility in assignments and maintain positive working relationships and communication with all agency personnel, will be inclusive, communicative and will establish himself/herself as a primary resource to those he/she supervises.

**MAJOR DUTIES**:

- Supports the professional growth of the EAP Leadership team and EAP staff.

- Anticipates and addresses future issues, managing expectations.
- Raises quality standards across teams for consistent results.
- Introduces quality improvements to enhance program effectiveness.

- Addresses complex issues requiring thorough evaluation.
- Develop strategies and procedures for new challenges.
- Assists the team in solving complex problems effectively.

Business Impact & Influence:

- Drives multiple team goals with Agency-wide impact.
- Develops, executes, and monitors strategies for program success.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure initiative success.
- Establishes and manages KPIs for long-term program success.
- Understand the program's impact on revenue and manage the budget accordingly.

- Uses broad experience to solve complex issues creatively.
- Encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Researches and suggests tools for team learning and growth.
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of energy assistance programs and related areas.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 4 or more years of program management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies is a plus.
