- **About this Role**:
The Capitated Rates Development Division (CRDD) is responsible for the development of managed care capitation rates for more than 10 million Medi-Cal beneficiaries in all of California’s 58 counties. Under the general direction of the Section Chief (Staff Services Manager II), the Staff Services Manager I manages the daily and long-term activities of the enhanced ground emergency medical transportation (GEMT) public provider intergovernmental transfer (IGT) program outlined in Assembly Bill 1705. These functions include, but are not limited to, the development, analysis, and implementation of the GEMT program; oversight of financial viability and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements regarding financial matters; development of complex fiscal analyses and policy changes. Duties may also include review risk of mitigation calculations, complex regulatory issues, legislative analyses and economic, financial and policy analyses.
